1. Refunds

2. Returns

  • Products can be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Transaction Currency

  • All transactions are conducted in Great British Pounds (GBP).

4. Export Restrictions

  • We currently do not export products/services to Russia, North Korea, or China.
