1. Refunds
We offer refunds for eligible products/services if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
2. Returns
Products can be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Great British Pounds (GBP).
4. Export Restrictions
We currently do not export products/services to Russia, North Korea, or China.
